Teknic Chicane 2 piece, size 44. Put it on and it fit well, except that the back protector felt very uncomfortable. After a little walking around I got used to it though.
Then I took the plastic hanger out. Felt much better afterwards
Seems like a nice suit, all in all. Definitely glad I went with the 44.

BTW, are you going to get "Carpe Diem" somehow stitched onto the chest area?![]()
I ride a lime green bike, with matching lime green helmet, lime green leather suit, and lime green gloves (with carbon fiber knuckles!). Already, I may need to carry along a stick when I ride, for to beat the ladies away with. Were I to have "Carpe Diem" stitched on the suit, I fear that the stick would not be enough - I would be overrun by females throwing themselves at my speeding form, and surely crash and die.
You should be an ad for GlowStick...
maybe you can strike up a deal with them, and they would pay you to print GlowStick on your suit, helmet, bike, gloves, and your forehead..
all you need to do is Die your hair green...
make sure you are in Boston for St. Pat's day then...![]()
Getting back into the game! Looking for my next bike!

The only "intuitive" interface is the nipple.
I'm about 175lbs, 6'1. I ordered a size 44, the newenough guy said a size 42 might not be big enough.Originally posted by bigred875
I have been eyeing those suits for a little while. Unbeleivable prices. But I am concerned about the sizing. How big are you? How does the quality feel? Are you going to use it for the track or street?
thank you![]()
Initial impression is that it feels a bit snug around the waist, but comfortable. There's some room in the chest (I gotta get back to the gym, heh). Length seems quite good, I positioned myself as if I was riding a bike and still had room in the sleeves to rotate my shoulder.
As far as quality, this is my first suit so I don't have much to compare it to. Honestly the leather feels a bit thinner than the leather used in my S&H jacket and Johnson Leather pants. Both are old-style heavy jackets though so I can't say I'm too suprised. I have pretty high confidence that it would save my ass in a crash, but I'm not sure if it'd be up for another go around. But I plan on using it for trackdays and the ocassional street ride so I'm not so much concerned with durability, if you were a racer you might want to look elsewhere or buy this one as a backup.
Overall I'm happy with it, though the hard armor is going to take a bit of getting used to. Especially in the knees it was quite uncomfortable coming from the dual density foam in my other gear. Maybe it'll settle into place on the bike, I'm not sure.
There are more reviews here if you didnt' see that thread...
Actually, as soon as I put the suit on, I felt compelled to recreate this
Fortunately, there were no recording devices nearby...![]()
