ive decided to street fighter my 96 yzf 600 this winter, ive been thinking abought it for a while and thought abought the concequences but the fighter look is mean. any advice?
What consequences?
Are you thinking of keeping the baby?
Consequences...are you declaring war on another country, that maybe we don't know about?
Consequences? Are you making high level decisions that require massive amounts of thought, wisdom and insight?
Just curious...

Just do it. Don't even give it a thought. You can always change it back if wanted.

Buy my 96 yzf 600r I've already started fightering it. I have a drilled triple tree head lights and a windscreen and modified gauge cluster. I'll sell it cheap.

edit- oh and you should totally chop that bitch up and fighter it.. thats what I'll be doing over the winter to my 93 CBR 600.. monster seat and tail (gotta modify the subframe a little) ... 900rr rear wheel, f4i rear shock... dual vertical headlights.. heres a little foto chop of what it'll hopefully turn out like..

i'm sure you've already seen it but just sayin
DW! As we say over on customfighters...
Before you start, plan out exactly the look you're going for. Pick out risers, gauges, bars, and controls and make sure all your wiring and cables and brake lines will reach. As for headlight, i really like the double-dominator look. I ran a single dom on my SV before i switched to the wave- they have really good light output. On your bike, i would swap the tail for something slimmer.
Check CF for ideas and inspirations- lots of good people and cool bikes over there (and dont be afraid to ask questions!)
