NEW TOY FOR ME!

Picked up this 05 CBR600 a month ago from a friend, Ive always had big bikes for the street except for a 03 R6 i had and i probably liked the 600 better, it just feels like a toy just like my race bike. I havent had a chance to ride it yet, ive always liked Hondas and the only new bike i ever bought was a 02 BR 954 and loved it. My question is who here has one and how do you like it?

I love mine... my advice get a Power Commander on it.
Makes a big difference in overall pep.

I also dropped the front a few mm just to make
the handling a bit sharper.

Degs, what happened to Kim's 636 that you had?

Sold the blue 04. Sold the 636 (great bike, I saw 186 on the clock at VIR with it (probably a real 160) very fast, but agonizing body position).

Found a great deal on the '05 600RR. Penske shock, street AND race bodywork, GMD forks, GPR dampener, 750 miles, braided lines, Woodcraft clipons, Protek rearsets, Yosh slip-on, Power commander and all the stock stuff. $5700. Couldn't turn it down.

So far, I've had just about every Honda 600... so yeah, I like them.

I have an 08 model now... also had the 03 and the 05 years.

Anyone with an 03 to 06 model need some spare wheels???

If so, hit me up via PM. They changed the wheels to the 08 model.
