Just got a few shots from the Moto Market track day a couple weeks ago. That gray primered bike with the #7 on it low sided and put down a nice oil slick. It was odd, I turned my head around on the front straight just in time to see him crashing. Pretty sure he's OK, and his bike isn't.

The same thing happened to me earlier in the day. I turned around to see a lowside in the same spot. Come to think of it you had litterally just passed me comming on to the straight. You were moving along pretty good out there. I would say you were the fastest that day for sure.

*scratches head*... where'd you find that patch of dry track? Almost all of my sessions were wet... especially in the afternoon.

I think those shots were in the morning, I got two or three dry sessions before I broke out the Suzuki.
Couldn't miss 'ya. Nice bike, you looked good-on the line and smooth.
Thanks, I'm looking foreward to ditching those novice plates and getting out there with the big boys.
If you're doing 18's in a NV you have an easy fight on your hand to bump up to AM. Plea you case that you would easily be mid to upper pack in an AM race. 7 races in. Maybe after 8 it may be a little easier to bump.
Do some research on the AM class and figure out where you would be in the packs. They are looking for consistency.

Let me clarify. I pulled an :18.0 out of my ass while chasing down my buddy, then ate shit coming out of T6.It was 15 minutes into the GTO race, and I kinda knew my tire was on its way out because it would slide a little more each lap, but I didn't back off, because I'm stupid like that. I don't crash much but being behind my friend Alan puts me into Ricky Bobby mode, or I should say it used to.
I was able to go 1:18.7 in the next race and beat Alan in the process. His index .762, mine .763.I put down pretty consistent 1:20-1:21 laps now, so I should be able to pick up some speed from the faster guys and get consistent 1:18's soon enough. If people don't start building some houses soon I'll be putting down laps at the unemployment line. Again. See you this weekend.
