Just noticed this on the LRRS website, thought I'd share in case anyone's interested.

Quick background, Steven Almeida was a first-year racer in LRRS and was killed in an accident during the October race weekend in an unfortunate accident that reminds us of the risks we take in racing & our mortality.

Several people have been asking Todd about the proceeds from the shirts.

Todd Malvezzi is purchasing and paying for these shirts by himself. He is donating ALL of the money received to Steven's family minus actual shipping costs. The shirts are $25 each, so if it will cost $5 to mail to you, $20 will go to Steven's family. If you want to pick up the shirt locally (he is in Bristol, CT) you may do so, then all $25 will go to Steven's family. Arrangements are also being made to bring the shirts to the banquet dinner, so you could pay now with all proceeds going to Steven's family in time for Christmas. All funds received be passed on and as noted previously, PayPal is a payment option and they charge some % as well.
