macadamias, good lord man, we are in a reccesion. who can afford those??

you wouldn't think a $4 rattle can job would count as fresh paint but trust me the track doesn't care wether it's a 4 or 400 dollar paint job just so long as it's new and you like it.

i think i'm going to paint have the hawk up like a catapiller now

Looks great man, I love it.
That tank drove me nuts and I was too lazy to fix it.
Glad to see the old girl is getting some love

Yea, she's getting some love. She has received some maintainence and mechanical love too. she's all tuned up, brakes flushed and bled, new pads all around, new clipons (did you know that the left clipon wasn't from a GSX-R?), new clutch and throttle cables, new bodywork hardware, rebuilt the forks with Race Tech springs and gold valves, new chain (some stupid ass should have checked to see that it was converted to a 520 before ordering a new chain), and when the wheels come off for paint, they will get new wheel bearings...

...and then it's gonna sit until August! Because that's the next time that I can take a day off of work for track days.

The chain that's on there is brand new, never been run. Yeah one clip is from a GSXR the other from a TL.
Also the front pads were brand new as well.
I think she'll be a good bike for you

Yea I had the clip on pegged from the TL-R because of the bar end. She's got a TL-S rear wheel too...

Too late on the pads. I changed them all about a week ago. Not too late on the chain however. The new 520 is sitting on my desk. I'll just put it into stock...
