Seriously though, I don't care who you are or what your message is, but you are getting to be really annoying. I think the Triumph boys kicked you out because you kept spamming the board with videos and pimping your blog that is filled with your own personal political/legal battles that have nothing to do with motorcycles (usually). I don't have anything against you personally, I just don't give a rats ass about Kelly Ayotte or your issues with her, and I think I've seen you post the same thing now in 3 or 4 different threads. Being a royal pain in the ass is justification enough, in my mind, to boot you.
-fallin' on deaf ears, just give up now and forget about it here...on an internet forum. do what you want. I have my opinions on the matter, but wish to keep them to myself. checked my majik 8-ball and outlook doesn't look good.
-my LOL was for the banning/exclusion you received on other Triumph forums and I have a funny feeling why, this thread just supports my assumptions.

That's the wonderful thing about credibility, it's free to ignore the legal process entirely and try you in the court of public opinion.
And it looks to me like you have been tried, and found to be an overly litigious, self serving attention whore. NESR justice prevails.
1. That's not what happened. First let's return to how Triumph acts at times in ridiculous fashion:
What happened was they DELETED my actual letter to Triumph which was quite professional and cordial but firm. They didn't want anyone to see that.Quote:
@KingCast65 No it was just the back sprocket and only 2 extra teeth (46t instead of 44t) - thats only a 4.92% decrease in gearing. Could not go bigger without adding links nor did I want to decrease front sprocket (18t) as this does more work already. Not exactly a stunt bike right?!? Yeah saw both your vids - good job on taking the fight to them. Sometimes you gotta fight for what you think / know is right. I wish you good luck. Ride safe!
2. I was booted after I responded to SOMEONE else raising the issue.
3. I RESPONDED and included the Kelly Ayotte issue after SOMEONE ELSE raised it here.
Get the facts straight, the Mayor of Nashua and NENPA did:

Even in this video I am reasonable:

wow.
I have some trophies from Little League as well, anyone want to see them?
What part of "I don't care" did you not understand? It's not your message that is annoying people, it is YOU and the way you just won't shut up about it when we say we don't care.
Edit: This post is exactly what I mean. I didn't refute any of your claims, yet you still feel the need to "argue" your side. Your side is irrelevant to me. Just stop posting so damn much unless you have something useful to say. (yeah yeah, pot, kettle, etc etc)
Well I don't give a shit about you and anyone else's opinion who choses not to like me, how about THAT :)
Go have a beer with your buddy Bill Albrecht if you can find him. Remember, you raised this issue Bubba. And by the fucking way, my "extortion" was to demand that the cops pay a guy after 3 cops put loaded guns in a guy's face and visually body cavity searched him for LOITERING, charges DISMISSED.... I hope to God it happens to you one day, and there is no one to advocate on your behalf, hahaaaa....

Well not everyone agrees with you at NESR so you can't speak for everyone anyway:

Is that motorcycle-related enough for your bitch ass?Quote:

Dear Mayor Menino and Transportation Commissioner Tinlin:
We are glad to hear that you have been discussing the no-angle parking ban with Richard Shoefield from Mass Motorcycle and individual citizens like KingCast. This is just a note to show our support for your efforts at parking reform to encourage the use of dedicated parking and/or multiple parking spaces at one meter for motorcycles and large scooters, much like we see at the beach the first link. [This link has Tinlin on KingCast video]
The City should be encouraging the use of these machines and not ticketing bikes and making them park in a less stable manner, as noted in this post and i-Paper document [Note the iPaper doc is no longer hosted I will repost shortly]
We thank you in advance for your continued time and attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
NESR member

PS: Hey Alex I'll be back up on NESR tomorrow thanks for the reminder I just went all through NH Satty see you soon.
So really I don't give a shit about you and anyone else's opinion who choses not to like me, how about THAT :)
Go have a beer with your buddy Bill Albrecht if you can find him, he's kind of AWOL read the last paragraphs.... but he's Your Boy, nice company you keep, hahahahaaa.... Remember, you raised this issue Bubba.

I gotta say... for a lawyer, you're not very good at presenting a case for your own sanity.
Can I hire you to represent whoever I try to sue some day?
OF course I'm a lawyer. The terms are "suspended attorney" and "Active investigative journalist" and "veteran motorcycle rider and enthusiast who helped get parking spaces for bikes in Boston as respected by some members of NESR."
Some folks don't like me, I'm cool with that you don't have to read my threads, how simple. As you can see, I'm chill with Ted Duncan and I know he's a class act, as for certain others on this board I dunno.

Dude U got some issues for sure..........
I've posted on Guesshermuff.blogspot.com. Does that make me a journalist too?
And they would be questioning authority when 3 cops put loaded guns in someone's face and conduct visual body cavity searches for loitering?
Or helping to get parking for Boston bikers?
Or responding to a personal attack with proof that the Mayor of Nashua and New England News and Press values my contributions as a journalist?
I'll take those issues, mate. I'm All Set but thanks for your concern:beerbang:
