Quigs bailed for a while just when NESR started picking up steam, but used to pop in from time to time before rejoining these last few years. In fact, Josh bailed for a while too...

NESR didn't 'break off' from SRNE. NESR happened 'cuz people got sick of too many rules and intolerance of others' riding styles. That's basically what it boiled down to...

That's actually how Josh & I met: a bunch of people over there were giving him shit about some wheelies, I got his back and told him I'd ride with him any ol' day. He seemed like my type of peeps. We rode, became great friends, partied and rode. We talked about doing something like this for a while, but it never really got going. Then he emails me one day and says to check out the new site. His boy Quigs regi'd the domain and they worked out the early forum, I printed out A BUNCH of shit to pimp it out, and it was born...

In fact, people used to make fun of us because of the similarity of the abbreviations 'SRNE' & NESR'. I couldn't be more serous when I said people didn't give NESR much of a chance...
