Don't have one, but this was in Gizmag the other day, Oregonscientific ATC9k for $299:

has some cool features:
The G-force data record is certainly a unique feature. The camera has a built-in “G-Sensor” (accelerometer) that calculates the force of gravity during acceleration. This could come in handy for activities like downhill skiing or mountain biking, where you want to see just how many G’s you pulled going through that one corner
The camera is also set up to record your location, speed and distance traveled via a separately-sold $US70 GPS plug-in.

i really like the picture mode.
i set it to take a pic every 2 seconds.
after 3 hrs i'll have 5400 pics

Hey Manny,
You can have my GoPro if you can help transport from Jersey on the 24th. Either way you can borrow it if you want to.
PS. I have all the mounts that came with it.
Thanks,
Eddie
Gopro HD motorsport here...best thing aside from my canon hf20.
Sent from my DROID2 using Tapatalk.
I recently picked up the Drift X170 which also comes in an HD version. It is bigger than most cameras but since I dont use it for helmet mount I couldnt care less. The thing is awesome.
8hrs of battery life on 2 AAs
the lens rotates so no matter which way you mount the camera it is in the proper perspective (sky is up, etc.)
rubber coated and pretty damn near indestructable
has a wireless remote for stop/record which I velcro to my triple. No more wondering if it is recording...
durable 1/4" steel jacketed screw mount plus multiple clip style mounts
Cons:
It is big, comparatively speaking.
It is heavier than most other cameras.
Basically I wouldnt recommend this camera if you want something for helmet mounting. Other than that I am very happy with it. The video quality is pretty good (but not HD).
Here is a video i shot with it from this last LRRS weekend if you wanted to check quality.
