...Looks like im off to college MMI (Motorcycle Mechanics Institute) in Orlando Fl. this up coming september. I graduate from high school in june and I am registering for the school through my high school and my guidence councilor has been on the phone with the school for the past week and im getting all the info I need and my forms are being sent in I believe the end of next week. Im taking every elective possible Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Buell, Harley so i'll be at the school for a couple years but its worth it in the long run. The school is $17,000 for everything and I can go back whenever I want to and take a refresher course on anything for free. I can't wait to go, only an hour away from Daytona....but i'll come back with more knowalge than I can handle.![]()

Congrats! A good buddy of mine went there, just graduated this spring. He came back and immediately got a job as a tech at a ducati/ triumph dealership.

I'm glad to hear you are going through with it. A career working on motorcycles sounds awesome...certaintly a lot more interesting than working on computers like me. You're a smart kid, have lots of common sense, and already have a good handle on the mechanics of motorcycles, so I'm sure you will be a star student. Just bring some of that knowledge back to the team...that is if you don't sign of with Bostrom or someone like that![]()
Oh ya...does the $17,000 include food? If it does, the school is gonna regret it...they'll lose money on you for sure![]()
