the picture I'm not sure but the what's wrong with the bike is the brake lever is bent. and is there a sticker on the inner fork tube? and broken fender and mark on tank. did someone go down because an idiot put the sticker on the fork in the wrong place?

I saw that sticker on the fork tube as I drove by, which forced me to turn around and take a picture of it. :-) "Must be one important decal to be on the fork tube"

On my bike, that's about the only place you can put an inspection sticker and have it be visible. The stickers in VT are huge. So what's the problem? A sticker should be fine there

but in that spot its not visible all of the time. on occasion it disappears and you have to wonder where did it go then it magically comes back

Not if you never use the front brake. Besides, you should never use the front brake on a sportbike...it will launch you over the bars!

My university requires you to place your motorcycle-parking decal on the fork in a visible place. They did not take into account inverted forks or full-fairings when they made this policy. A buddy of mine also commutes to my uni on the exact same bike. He put his decal on the frame-rail and never got any trouble for it.
