Help with undertail

So on my '02 F4i I have a EuroBike GP style undertail. It was purchased years ago and they do not make them anymore, I believe the company actually went out of business.

Just wondering if there are any replacement parts for these out there? I was thinking about replacing the light housings and/or changing them to LED's. Have no experience with lighting so I wanted to pick anyones brain who may know about these under tails.

What are the current bulb part numbers.

I replaced my stock brake light bulbs with LED brake light bulbs that used the same socket, pretty simple to do.

Pop the bulb out of the socket and look at the bulb # that should be stamped on the brass.
