Average stock sportbike does really well against the average stock sportscar in traffic light racing. Beyond that the lap and 1/4 mile times speak for themselves. Cars own the track.

That should be good for a sub 8 e.t. at well over 170 mph. That car looked nowhere near that fast. Sure, it's not a dragster, but this was from a roll and the bike seemed to do even better as speeds got higher.

On the other hand, the sort of power to weight the bike has might be good for a low 7.x ET. I would think traction would be a serious issue for either??

Hennessy got his viper up to 1500hp...Of course he was stripping the teeth off of his gears left and right and had to dial down boost to keep the car in a straight line... but 1500 probably possible.
