    Yea, the media does an awesome job blowing anything out of proportion. Remember the phrase "If it bleeds, it reads" - so if they can put a spin on it to make it look worse than it is, they will. (Still bitter as I recently had a family member dragged through the mud with the media's blow it out of proportion mentality)

    I saw an accident in CT a couple years ago where the rider side swiped a guard rail. He fell off the bike and it stayed up and kept going for about a 1/4 mile. The cops kept sayign he had to have been going 150mph. I kept telling them the bike stayed upright until it ran out of speed, but I didnt know what I was talking about even though I saw it.

    So its been a whole winter since my accident. I have fully recovered from the accident, no muscle damage or anything left. I just got out of court for fighting the citations and got found "not responsible" for everything. I plan to street my track bike for a while just to get back on the road, until I get all the insurance stuff turned around after that appeal. See all of you on the roads.

    Can you counter sue for pain and suffering/ lost time from work, etc...?

    Yes, minus the 'counter' because I was never sued. I had a layer within a few days after the accident, he'll be working things out. I'm not looking to fuck anyone, I just want my medical stuff covered by his insurance. And since he lied about some facts in the accident, maybe a little leg work on his part wouldn't hurt.

    Was immensely relieved when I realized this was the old accident and jumped to the end...
