witch one? help!

alright i got my new bike narrowed down to two.

03 z1000
30000 miles
every conceivable thing you could do to one has been done.
636 conversion front and rear
scotts damper, new zx-10 wheels
muzzy exhaust, pc3,
custom paint, orange with ghost flames
fender eliminator, custom lights.

03 sv1000
7000 miles
yosh carbon pipe, cost 900 bucks
newer tires, k@n filter
silver w/full fairing.


asking price is the same on both. only thing that scares me on the z is the mileage and heavy mods. i'm sure its probably been ridden hard as it should.

the sv seems mint but i feel cramped on one so i will need rear sets and maybe new bars.

what do you all think?

I would not let the mileage scare you, my 9R has basically the same engine and has gone 85,000 trouble-free miles. Witch casts a spell on you?

sv is very comfy if you do lots of miles

both really. i to had a zx-9, an 01. great engine. i'm really leaning z because this thing has all the cool stuff already but i've always wanted a twin.

Personally, I'd get the sv. I don't know about the 636 conversion...that stuff wasn't made for the z, how well it works is a mystery to me.

love the Z... SV's are not comfy for me at all. Just see which one is comfy for you and go for it, you will not be dissapointed with either.
