[xmas] high quality bike models?

anyone know where to find high-quality, large models of motorcycles? i know i've seen pictures of someone on here with a pretty big model of a bike sitting on a countertop or something...

something that's like 8"-12" in length, maybe a little bigger, would be great (i think like 1:4 or 1:6 would be the scale i'm looking for). ideally a cool, historic bike like an RC45, 916 or NR750 -- something like that... i'd be willing to spend up to $150 or so.

Something already assembled, or a project you'd be working on? Tamiya makes some pretty cool kits in the larger scales...

pre-assembled preferably. i'm too impatient and klutzy to build one, though it would make for a cooler gift...
