All drivers should see/hear these public service announcement from the UK...
How close does a biker have to be.

Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals dying of nothing.
I'd imagine those may be a bit more effective than the "motorcycles are everywhere" bumper stickers. Our country at large is full of pansies though, and some activist group for something inane would cry about that ad for some reason....
Love those ads...

"If you don't stand for something you fall for everything."
"Speak when you are angry and you will make the best speech you will ever regret."
They get the point across...........RIGHT!!!!?????!!!!!
Too many nervous nelly's out there
The second link had some great analogies, which as a salesman, I know work great to help get a point across to stubborn/closed-minded people. I'd love to hear something like that on the radio.

Hes driving on the wrong side of the road!? That was really my first response haha. I think those would do great here, but will the DOT fund it?
I don't understand...why would the US not want that ad, for exemple. I don't get to see what's wrong about it?? WTF??

We (NESR members) know why people SHOULD see the ad. It is the fact that people in the US get too shook up when they see realistic events happening when they don't expect it.
I agree, it's too bad since it could prevent a lot of accidents and even more importantlly more deaths.
Maybe take out the part with the guy lying there with his head on backwards!I'm just saying.

in addition to the VW commercials though alot of car insurances are posting that. perhaps it would be a good "awareness" ad sponsored by an insurance company.
As good as the overall point of the vid is, I dont think the bike is in first shot when the man looks right, (maybe im wrong, but try slowing it down or going frame by frame) there'd probably be some backlash over that.
