Insurance Comp BS

As many of you know i was involved in an exident last year where I was not at fault. I got the money to fix my bike, and was getting physical therapy for my knee. I keep getting fluid in my knee every time i put preassure on it. Physical therapy helps but doesnt really help long term. The problem comes back again. 2 weeks ago i got a letter from the insurance comp. that i had to go in and see their doctor, which i did, and he sent me a letter saying that he will cut me of in two weeks. He doesnt think my knee needs any more medical atention, which is total and complete horseshit. The day i saw him ( JUST MY F'n luck) the swelling wasnt really there. Well it is right now!

I'm seeing my doctor on the 13th of April. Gonna try to dispute it, because not only will i not be able to get medical help wihtout paying out of my own pocket now, but my case will also suffer.
I do have a lawyer and he said that we could dispute it, but why the hell should i have to go through all this crap when im legitimatly hurt.

capitalism at work. your insurance company is losing money on you, so they're trying to change that.

same reason the insurance agency for the pigfucker who cut me off didn't drop a penny until it was perfectly clear they would have to go to court, and would probabaly lose.
granted, they still got a year's worth of interest on the money they eventually paid me.

4) do whatever it takes to get yourself feeling better.
5) to do this, you need a laywer.
