long range forcast has Kanc weather at high of 14, low 0, partly cloudy, 60% chance of snow showers , winds out of WNW @ 43mph

Meet at Honey Dew Donuts in Farmington (Route 11 & Rt 153)

we'll be heading out at 9:45AM

Weather is now forcast to be Sunny, not much wind, 10% chance of precip

Laconia forcast is high 25°, low 7°, Mt Washington high 11°, low -10°

I expect temps to be around 20°for most of the ride, cooling down to about 10° at Kancamamgus Pass

I got to HoneyDew Donuts about 9:20, RedAnt was there waiting. after a coffee & donut we were off, Route 153 and Kings highway to Wolfeboro, Then 109 to 113 in Center Sandwich to Route 16 in Chocorua

temps never really warmed up, mid to high teens all morning, on the Kanc, wind picked up considerably, temps dropped to single digits, no dusting of snow, but pavement was damp with brine

this was the coldest Kanc Ride I have done

We stopped at GH Pizza in Lincoln, then fuel before heading back on Rt 175 to holderness, Rt 3 to Weirs Beach and RT 11 home
