I don't openly do a lot of these, but this is one ride I really get involved with and have fun with.
Promoted by Greg and the Morning Buzz, I participate in this ride every year! Its a fun ride, with a rally party at the end that touts most ride rallies.
I've started a team (yet to be named) for this years ride, and invite/encourage anyone remotely interested in the organization, the ride, or the party afterwards to either join my team, or ride along with us.
(taking votes for team names... I will donate an extra $10 in the name of the person who submits a winning name for my team)
Last year we have about 1000 bikes (if my memory is correct)
Date: Sep 27 (Rain Date: Oct 4)
Starting POints:
American Legion - Meredith
Lee Custom Cycle, Lee, NH
R&R Cycle - Manchester
American Legion Riders - Rochester, NH
Rally: Gunstock Mountain Resort, includes BBQ, live band, promotional prizes etc etc.
$25 Riders
$10 passengers
If you need/want more info, or would like to make a contribution to the team or the cause, please let me know or check out www.newengland.cff.org .
The official event site is here: http://www.cff.org/GetInvolved/Event...86&Event=10705
I think it would say a LOT for the sport bike community to get more sport bikes on this ride. (It really does do a lot for the image!)

Here are a few pictures from last years ride. I have to add that the pics are property of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and used with permission from the foundation.
As long as it's not the weekend before a biochem test, I'm in!
I just got the promo materials from the Production Director at WHEB...I have orig. PDF proofs of the event poster and flyer from WHEB but they are too big for the forum so e-mail me if you want more detailed info on the radio blasts!
Anyone interested in riding with me, and Greg and Blacksmith (from the morning Buzz) can PM me for info on the meeting location in Rochester.
Hope to see you all there. And please consider pledging a rider in this event. It's a great cause that affects so many people!!!!!
-Chris
Edit: Damned PDF files aren't attaching.... workin on it!

Here are some updated details:
There is still plenty of time and room to register for this ride. You do not need to collect pledges if you dont want, just pay the $25 to ride.
I will be leaving with Greg and the Morning Buzz from Seacoast Harley and riding up with Greg and Blacksmith just like last year.
Harley-Davidson Shop of Rochester
7 Crane Dr., Rochester, NH
Check in - 9:30 AM; Depart - 10:30 AM
I'll be leaving my house at 9am sharp if anyone is interested in riding up. Last year they had donuts and coffee at the registration and I would assume they will again this year.
Hope to see some of you there for this great cause (and a kick ass time at Gunstock afterwards!!)
I'll be there with the blue knights but as you can imagin I'm the only sport bike. It would be great if I wasn't completly alone guys. Good cause, get in.
Slap a Liberal.
Mems,
Good to hear. I've got a few sport bikes headed up with me. Watch for us pulling in on my Orange/Black Gixxer, my friends Baby blue Gixxer and prbably Stiggys black VFR
Hey Chris. I just found out that I might not be able to make it. I'm still gonna try to shift some plans, but if I can't, is there a way to sponsor someone?
Great question.. and yes there is. This site will ensure all donations go directly to the foundation and is secure:
