It looks like the opening season Ride To The Races is starting to have a pattern. If I recall, last year was similar to what we are expecting this year. This ride is on for Saturday and we should have a nice breakfast at the Lion! Which is the return of another tradition!

Dress accordingly and we'll ride accordingly!

If you decide that you have to stay home and rearrange your sock drawer (an acceptable excuse!) let us know so I can update The Lion!

I'm going to see if it changes this afternoon, but it doesn't look good. If I still had the FJR, I'd do it. The Guzzi is known for gauge cluster failure when ridden in too much rain, and there's no windshield or heated grips. Yes, I am a gash.

What with it being the first ride, still a bit of sand on the road, and bad weather, it just isn't worth the extra risk.

Depending on the weather etc we may try to put a ride together for next weekend.

Ah the Italians and their quirks, My Ape the screen went dark a few times for no apparent reason. Then it was just fine after a recycle of the power. The Multi so far has not done anything weird. Yet.............................

I was thinking along these lines before I read your post. I also forgot to buy a decent rain suit during the off season. Mine was starting to leak last year. See you all soon I'm sure.
