    Well it's not that difficult you just need to make some assumptions. Assume you have another 30 years of life left, if you cash out now will your current cash cover expenses?
    Do you get a retirement annuity monthly or just the lump sum from the 401K?

    Do you have a mortgage? Car payments? Loans?

    You would need at least $1,000,000,00 to live comfortably for the next 30 years. Barring any unforeseen illness, accidents or other problems

    In short put a few more years in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
