I finally got a taste of California / Nevada Roads...

While on business in Tahoe I was able to rent a bike and get out for about 6 hours... started from South Lake Tahoe and made my way up the west side of the lake... I then split off heading north east back into Nevada... looped back around etc...

Awesome scenery I will never see in MA... those mountain roads were sick... I only wish the rental place had something other then Hardleys... but whatever... it was still awesome!!!

While I was sitting there taking the pic of that turn I heard some sport bikes coming through... knees down... I was jealous

beautiful indeed. I am also a member of SCR (http://sacramentocrotchrockets.com), just incase I ever move there in the future. They are a bunch of friendly riders from Northern California. I check out their forum everyday. From their video footage, they have some sick roads out there.

If you are in the area, just hit them up and they will be very happy to show you their riding backyards. If you are a person with a heavy pocket, you can rent a very cool sport bike from San Francisco area. I don't remember the name of the website but I can look it up if you are interested.
