I have my buddy coming to practice on his bike tomorrow and was wondering if any instructors could spare a couple of hours goign over some stuff. There is a nice empty parking lot by my house we could use. Other newbies could come too. Anybody? This would be in Whitinsvile.

If you buy us lunch and gas, me and KB will come teach you how to ride.
It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?
Lunch for KB That could get expensive.......................................... I could supply lunch. No problem. Do you know the drills and techniques or is it gonna be a lesson on yelling "take that bitch".......
that's what you do...you take it through the corner and then you go like this and say....AAARRRHHH BITCH GETT DOWN THERE AAAARHHH!!Originally posted by mycirus

Yeah, I remember you. Did you find your way okay with those directions? I would like to go to a track for sure but my buddy just needs the basics for now. His bike only lasted an hour or so though. We need to figure out this battery dying thing.Originally posted by Ri_De_bike

msf classes are also held at ccri in lincoln, maybe not for an out of stater though. i bet the waiting list is HUGE this time ~o~ year.....
battery might be crap. then again maybe the charging system is weak.... most likely the first. drop a voltmeter across the terminals and rev the bike, should show apx 14 volts above 2K rpm. most auto parts stores have battery testers <free> even for bikes.
golf corses are great places to learn to ride. most are nice and smooth, just watch out for the guys with clubs. .:just kidding:.
EDIT .:i see you found the trouble in another post, way to go :.
