About this girls ride...

I'm starting this thread to see who's interested in the girls ride for this May. Also, if you are interested, please tell me where you're located so I can get a central meeting spot. It would also be helpful if you to know if you wouldn't ride alone somewhere to a meeting spot. I don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable. I'm sure this isn't the case but I'm just checking.

One more thing, which is better, Sat or Sunday's?

While I'm sure some of us are good looking (raises hand), I can assure you that we will be riding with clothes on. We will take pictures but don't forget, I told you that on the girl's ride I'll help organize, men are welcome. IMHO, as long as the girls control the ride and outnumber the guys, who cares who comes along? Anyone else agree or disagree?

As I said before, it really doesn't matter to me one way or the other. I know I'd be a little annoyed if I couldn't go on a ride just because I'm a girl, so it's really not fair to say that guys aren't welcome to come along. If the pace is a problem for some we can always split up into faster and slower groups to make everyone comfortable. I don't care - I just want to ride

Well put. I'm off the mind where we all stay together. If the faster rides have to pull over a few times to let the slower rides keep up, so be it. I don't want anyone anytime riding beyond their means. Safety first.

Here's another thought. If the first girl's ride is a success, we can have a second one where guys aren't invited.

I dont see why guys would want to come on a girls ride anyway. We'd spend the whole time talking about guys that are hotter than them, and makeup, and stickers, and the such.

In fifth grade our teachers told us not to buy stickers from strangers, because they might be laced with LSD in an attempt to get us poor impressionable kids addicted to drugs. Seems the LSD could be absorbed through the skin, or some such.

I don't know what that has to do with anything. I just like telling stories.
