yea it's about 30min i'd say. it's in acton on rt119/2. i went riding w/ the other squid last night and just realize how close to Lowell/Chemsford i was. we went through Groton.

so MM is rougly 15miles from Lowell if we do 110, 27, then 2a/119. shouldn't take more than 15min.
