Looks like a nearly a full boat from manufacturers this year. Aprilia and KTM look like no shows, everyone else will be there. Confederate will be there, I've always wanted to see one of their bikes in person. Decent vendor list, should be a sweet show!

Degsy and I (and some others, unconfirmed?) will be leaving from my house probably 7:00 am. Last year we hit the show for about 2 1/2 hours, then spent the rest of the day eating all the awesome mid-town food. Makes for a hell of a day.

I REALLY wanted to go see the newly unveiled 790advR, because I'm 96% sure I'm going to grab one.
I'm moving that weekend, so regardless of whether or not KTM is or isn't there, I can't go. *sad face*

I haven’t been to IMS since the MV Agusta F3 was unveiled (2012?), so have been thinking of heading back.

The west show is in my city haha...and they are showing the CABDR premier the night before. I will lay my nuts on the 790 for Chip and see if so can demo anything this year

Yes, Dustin. We head there saturday AM. The usual agenda is show for 2 hours or so, then a stroll up towards times square taking in some NY slices and a few libations. About 5 PM head to a very nice indian restaurant on the West Side for dinner before heading home. Any of that interest you?

And fak, really wanted to see some KTM and Aprilia stuff. I'm right with Chipper and wanna see that 790AdvR in the flesh.... and that Ape concept 660 looks a treat.

Honestly, unless youre into backpatch vests, witty helmet stikers about "the bitch fell off" and studded boots the show only holds about 2 hours worth of interest.

It may be that they just haven't committed yet. Last year Aprilia USA and KTM were both there.

I'm glad to see Triumph will be there, they were not last year.

@LB no husky, no ktm, not many female models this year...zero had an indoor loop, HONDA HAD THE 450L ON DEMO, ton of scramblers

rode out...did some wheelies...saw CA BDR and honestly, the movie didn't cover the good spots in CA. there are so many awesome riding trails, fantastic views, quaint small towns to pass through, historic areas, and they missed a lot of it. sure they strung together a route that can be ridden by most riders, but even as a CA novice I have seen better.

The Belle of the Ball was by far the Indian FTR1200. That thing fucks. I’ll be looking for any test ride opportunities in the spring, decent chance I have one of these in my garage soon.

Starts at $13,000. They have quite a few different appearance packages ranging from $2-4k, honestly I really just like the black standard model and throw the $300 brown leather seat on it.
