CA track days Feb 16-23

I'm thinking of heading out to California over Feb 16-23 and I want to do some track days while I am there. Anybody know any places where I can rent a bike and do a couple of tack days? Depending on where I go for the track days will decide what part of CA I end up in. Anybody done this before or know of any tracks that are better than others?

I guess the main choices are Laguna, Thunderhill, and Infineon?
