Wait, what?!?! It's days away and still no plans/posts of rides up? I've never been however was thinking of it this year and would love to see a NESR show similar to Dave's opening day ride to the races.
Last I heard there are some Mainers headed over on Monday. Triumph demos don't start unto Tuesday though, Sean, so I'm not sure WHAT you're thinking on this one.
Come on, peops!

Looks to me like you might find what you're looking for here:

I, for one, wouldn't try and lead a large ride into the Weirs!
The good news is they won't be the only ones riding with hangovers and without gear!
(Unless, what you mean is to ride to the races...in which case I am thinking about going Saturday...but, have the Hello Ladies Ride Sunday so might be pushing my luck at home if I try and get out twice!!!)

I typically avoid leading groups larger than 10, and that's correct, hitting the strip it's to each his own, only the strong survive LOL.
I never said shit about gear, we wear what we want.. some have gear some don't... I don't discriminate against those who choose not to.

Anyone there for the second weekend?

I'm probably headed up on Fri (19th). I have a small shopping list of apparel and parts I'd like to find.

Hmmm....I was thinking about heading up Friday too... I have that day off work. I don't know where I'm going, or how to get there but that's usually the start of a great adventure![]()
This (http://grouprider.com/view_route.php...l&road_id=3409) is certainly one route. I've asked two others to free up Friday. If you're interested in a nice small group, pm for my cell. Once we're up there and have seen MC Wk., the hope is to continue riding.

Ill be there tomorrow
That would be cool... Where would you be meeting prior to the ride up? I'm coming up from Boston, so trying to figure out how early I would need to leave to meet y'all...
she says y'all...
huh humm*clears throat*
I mean um, so when are people meeting up exactly. I wanna head up for at least a ride if not overnight somewhere.![]()
From the "greater Portsmouth area" and I won't be out of my mtg and ready to go until 930am. With that said, we have all day. I don't know if anyone is in a big rush to get up there.
Lauren, if Peter joins us (see PM), he's coming from the North Shore. If Rob (see same PM) can come, he's coming from the "greater Nashua area." I have your # and will send over mine. Can we play this by ear until we get closer? Certainly, these folks are more than willing to accomodate your distance. NP.

I am extremely motivated, lol so as long as I've had at least a cup of coffee in the morning I can leave whenever to ride up there, don't care if its early. Playing it by ear sounds good... We'll talk soon!
Fri, 71 degrees, 40% chance of showers. There are sometimes when I'm not that anamored with all of New England's charm. I guess we're
for the the 60% to prevail.

a buddy and I are heading up for the day Saturday, leaving Southern Worcester County around 7:30 am, if anyone wants to tag along.
Warning! I believe that we will be posing on American V-Twins for the day ( I know some of you don't like to ride with the American v-twins )

I don't have rain gear either, but I'll go rain or shine and squish around in wet sneakers, just let me know where the meeting spot is prior to the day...
went this afternoon from 1 to 3
if your going friday you better head up early, the line going to weirs at 3 was a few miles long
I was thinking about joining you since my NY trip got cancelled but the forecast is calling for showers all day, and I've already done a rain day up there LOL
FYI - An inexpensive rain suit will run you $30 and keep you completely dry!!! I don't leave home without it now!!
