Worcester, Hot Rod and Bike Weekend, August 1st through 3rd

This might be posted somewhere else, but this weekend (August 1st - 3rd) is the Bike Stunt Weekend in Worcester!!

There should be:

1) Bikini chicks washing bikes
2) Bikes drag racing
3) Burnouts
4) Lots of stunting (XR50s, Quads, regular bikes...)

They are usually a ton of other things going on also...should be fun, I will be there!

If its the same place as last year, than its on main st. in the tunnel in front of the court house and that hotel, last year was pretty kewl, had enough stunting to keep you entertained for a couple of hours.

I would rather do drunken back flips at a pool party though.

I mean how many wheelies, stopies, and burn outs can you watch before you get bored?

The event is Friday through Sunday. If one is busy on Friday and Saturday, they could attend the event on Sunday or vice versa...

There will be lots of stunting going on!

I heard that 6 stunt groups will be entertaining the crowd in the tunnel/straight area.

The only group I know is C6. 1 of them recently agguired the record for longest stoppie! Nucking Futs!

Sad, but we will not be performing in Worcester this weekend. The event organizer doesn't feel we're needed enough to hand out some $$ or at the very least pay for a hotel room for us. We've gladly entertained many people in Worcester for the past 2 years all with the hope that one day we'll start receiving some benefits. Well, this is the show we've decided to protest against. Hopefully it works for us. All we're trying to do is add some value to what we do and if we keep doing it for free, we'll never received the respect or appreciation we feel we deserve.

For those interested...
At the Brockton Fairground this Saturday (Aug 2nd) there is a Supercross / FMX event. We were asked to perform our crazy ass stunts during intermission. It should be a good time!! I hope to see some of you there.
