Ride tomorrow 10/17... after work

Elaineo and I were planning on getting together in the Cambridge area and heading out for a ride.

BTW.....whatever happened to that "Lunch Route?"

I have tons of family in the Miami area and usually head to my family’s place in North Miami Beach a couple of times a year.

but:

where are y'all planning on riding to once you leave Cambridge tomorrow nite? and when are ya planning on heading out? if I manage to plug the slo-leak in my tire tonite, I'll likely be ripe for a ride tomorrow evening...

I'm not sure yet.....might try getting out to route 2 and heading out somewhere down there. I have to look at my map tonight....perhaps I'll take her down 16....don't know. She just moved here from LA, so I want to take her someplace nice

You have any suggestions Bemused? We'll be leaving around 4ish from the Marriott in Kendall Square

'fraid I'll hafta pass, then... they don't unlock the leg irons here 'til about 5, couldn't be in your neck of the woods 'til 6-ish. mebbe next time...

not so familiar w/ the western end of Boston, see if you can bully the Beanerino or benSV or Pearldog into some suggestions... more their neck of the woods...

Hey LatinRider-

Looking at your map..take rt 2 out but get off in Lexington(so get off before 128) and jump on 2A..follow into Concord Center and bear right onto Monument..follow out to rt ? and bear left towards Carlisle...at the traffic circle follow signs back to Concord...depending upon how long you want to ride..you could cross over and ride around Walden Pond...jump onto rt 117 and follow it back to 128 or take into Waltham and just head straight into Cambridge..

These are rough so again scope the map but it will make for a nice ride..

Any ?..let them rip..

Yeah..I might be able to hook up with you....when you get your time nailed down..lemme know here...Lunch time possibly OK..afterwork I'm on Daycare PU duty...maybe this weekend as well...I'll just need some warning to arrange for my teenage neighbor to babysit for a couple of hours.

Mystery Squid....these roads are part of one of my loops...in fact in Carlisle...bascially stay right and U would end up at Motomkt for a little Java.....hmmmmmmm. We should ride/talk sometime..I bet we could put a pretty good loop together in MetroBoston. I woyuld love to know the Groton area roads.

IF my plug is successful tonite, and IF y'all head up the way that Pearldog / Mr. E. Squid recommended... I kin meetcha en route. I can be onto 2A by about 5:20-5:30.
