Any Friday riders going up to Bike Week?

Leaving from my house or maybe some other meeting spot if need be.

we are possibly headed up friday night and staying until sunday afternoon. not 100% when we are leaving to go there or come home, but right now we have been talking about friday night to avoid the saturday morning traffic.

Depends. You can take back-roads... still might be backed up and theres a good chance you'll get lost because none of the roads in central NH are marked. Or you can leave early, early on Saturday morning.

If it were me, i think i'd just slab it up the highway and take 106 by NHMS, onto 11 and into Gilford/Laconia on Friday evening. Yea, you'll hit traffic, but its good people watching and most of the traffic will be bikes, so it'll be a good show.

We are possibly headed up friday night (riding). we are staying in sanbornton at my uncles cabin, its right at the winnisquam bridge, we are gonna stay in a tent in the lawn cuz the cabin is fucking tiny. my uncles 50th is saturday then we are heading back on sunday after a little riding up around exit 34. I dont know what the plan is for actually making it to bike week, but its a possibility.

Depends. You can take back-roads... still might be backed up and theres a good chance you'll get lost because none of the roads in central NH are marked.

There are ways to get there that are relatively traffic-free....that is, until you get closer, then it's nearly impossible to avoid traffic.

I'm leaving Friday morning, taking the easterly route up, stay for most of the day and start heading back early-afternoon. I have a dog who likes to pee and poop once in a while and that's the only reason I need to be back.

I'll be at the Waterhouse (Mobil) on 111 in Hudson at 9am.

The Waterhouse is a red Mobil gas station located at the intersection of 111 and Mammoth Rd (I think it's 128) in Hudson, NH. There's a Honeydew inside for the coffee drinkers.

I went up last week for opening weekend. It's a smooth ride up until you get into Meredith, NH. Meredith, Laconia in general, Weir's beach, and the roads all around the lake are going to be a cluster F*ck this weekend since this is the more popular weekend to go.
