NH Bike Week (Day Trip/s)

Is any one doing day trip/s to NH from Southern Mass Sat 19th or any of the Sundays ,taking on the Kanc in Lincoln ?

I live 20 min from laconia but wouldn't mind riding you way and meeting and ride back with you I don't know what your doing on wednesday but the hill climbs are wednesday really good time

i'll be leaving burlington, vt on fri and will be there till sun. then returning to work a couple of days then back on wed till the final sun! will be riding with a couple of friends but wouldnt mind meeeting a few other nesr riders at the event.

The Kanc is gonna SUCK from Friday, the 11th until Saturday, the 19th. You'll wanna avoid the motorcycle only Mt. Washington ride too...

Unless you're STRICTLY in it for the scenery, of course. But even then it gets quite obnoxious. Hell, I wouldn't even recommend the Kanc on ANY spring/summer/fall day unless you can hit it at like, 7:00 in the morning. It's just too much now, never mind Bike Week...

I will be riding north from Laconia monday or tuesday or mabey around the lake instead. Gonna stay around for the races this weekend.

I think Wed the 16th weather permitting I will ride up (aside from the other days) pm more info interested ,as for the Kanc and Mount "W" good point regarding the volume of traffic

If anyone is interested in riding up next Saturday, I am going to be working the LRRS race in Loudon and riding up to Laconia afterward for most of the evening. Anyone up for that? Maybe take in a day of racing as well?

I might be in for that Wed evening ride up, where are you planning on meeting?

weather forecast says "Rain"in my area code for Wed

,I hope they are wrong since it rained last Sunday and am still to make it to bike week this year .

I will be heading from RI up to NH Friday morning with a co-worker on his V-Star. We got a hotel up in the area. You guys probably would not want to ride with us, as we are just cruising around. I really want to shoot high def videos of the natural scenery that many people at work have told me about the "Kanc" and surrounding areas.

All I know is that we rented some Comfort Inn hotel in NH. I would like to meet up some NESR people and bs about bikes, hopefully somebody mechanically inclined who can give me some advice.

May be riding up Sat the 19th and going to Weirs Beach for the day if anyone wants to come with... prob gonna be meeting some riding buddies of mine up in NH at some point

FYI also the Kanc was EMPTY this past sat and we got 2 rides on it in, one in each direction.

Yea when I rode up 2 years ago I had the same experience. No one was on it and we reversed our direction at the end and did it a second time. Barely anyone on the road and saw triple digits at some points when safety allowed for it.
