    Welcome to the Home of NHSCOT

    Are this weekend. 19-21

    just sharing for Kanc Riders. It will be caos in Lincoln...but you can see Nikon in a kilt!!

    The beer will be there but not me. I will be heading up to the Adirondacks for some hiking and mountain climbing. Sorry, well have to get together for some beer some other time.

    We brewed the Pipers Ale. It is an old recipe that has been kicking around the brewery since before I started. It gets tweeked per the season. so I change out the hops varieties but leave the malt the same. Since the malt profile is the dominate character it doesn't alter the character to much. Although I do like to toss a bit more hops in the finish than originally called for. It gives it a hint of citrusy hop aroma....mmmmmm beer!
