I would say meet up. Setup some riding dates. Exchange contact info. definitely when weather gets warmer go riding after meeting at set location. Again im just suggesting northshore location since i work in boston to go home and then drive back down to south shore for meeting is too much.
I'm w/ you on that... don't get home from work (Salem) 'til around 6, I'd rather ride up here than fight my way thru the city to meet up.
I'm pretty new to the area, but Hawk (on this site) is my usual source of interesting evening rides around here... mebbe he'll chime in, as well...

and I'm just..."DOWN" with this idea. LOL. I would do it just about anytime guys. I think there are even more guys than this on the Northshore too. Mark told me about Salem Willows. I think Wednesdays at the drags would be fun when the weather starts co-operating. I will probably do the meeting on the 16th assuming all goes well too. But unless it's a weekend, the southshore rides will probably be limited (and Boston is off limits with the shit roads)

Indeed.... same 'ol same 'ol here. Very little time to ride, but will try to get out this season as much as possible. We should hook up once the freakin' snow melts...we are neighbors after all![]()

I think I did know that... North St. if I'm not mistaken.
The season is young, but we should think about a day of the week and central location that makes sense for everyone. Personally I'm more interested in riding than sharing a milkshake, but an ice cream shop wouldn't be a bad place to meet and/or finish the ride. Richardson's on 114 in Middleton is a thought.

Has the Lowell one began yet. If so what is the directions to that one.
I figure thursday night is cool. There are some great rides routes 108. 97, 1, 62, 114. We just need to decide were to start from. One reccomendation is go back roads to salisbury from haverhill which is a cool back road ride then if your in a hurry you can catch the highway back home. Open for suggestions....
Quincy night is Wed. mang.

If you didn't plug your hairdryer and curling iron in, the bike would have kept running......I think it was the blender that finally killed the battery though..........![]()

well looks like we have a good amount of folks willing to hook up in the north shore area. now we have to decide on a meeting place. a dunkin donuts or ice cream shop somewhere close for everyone to get to within 15 minutes from their homes. I think was we meet we can make decisions on where to ride and what days we want to hook up and exchange numbers.
Sunday im at MotoMkt for my riding course then monday if i pass i should have my license so i cant wait. but if saturday is nice i may go for a short ride just to relax so if anyone want to have coffey and go for a quick ride let me know.

I actually think that spot might be a good idea because it seems that a few of you shmucks are from Haverhill already. Some are from Easton and Danvers. I can be there from Boston in about 17 seconds (traffic and the space-time continuum permitting).![]()
Middleton's prolly nearer midpoint for the masses up here, tho if we're locked into Thursday, I won't be able to make many of 'em.
Wed or Fri would work better for me...![]()

well it looks like we have several ideas for meeting places. So let me put this out. How about we try several meeting places and maybe after a month we decide on a perminent meeting place. I looked up today with some cools rides. Here are two give me your insites.
1. Go from Haverhill to Nashua NH ( Hooters, Resturant ) via the back roads. 93 north to exit 3 follow rt 111 all the way to nashua nice long back roads. Exactly 27.5 miles about 50 minutes travel time.
2. Haverhill to Hampton Beach. Back roads 97 to 133 to route 1 all the way up.
I will look for more back road rides. I prefer back roads cause of the twist and turns. Highway is boring and with a large group can cause less experienced riders to speed up and catch up with experienced riders. That can spell trouble. So again give me some ideas and i can work it out.
Last thing. If we get a good crowd to keep showing up i know a place we can go to on a saturday or sunday and have roast pig for lunch. MMMM very tasty.
