    Anyone up for a ride in the next hour?

    I'm in the city and it's great weather. need to take advantage of it. Besides, I'm going to the dealership afterwards to see how much i can get for a trade-in so this might be my last ride until i get a new bike in march!
    I'll be cheecking back in half an hour. laterz!

    I was out for a little bit today.... it is very nice weather, but makes for some careful riding with all the sand on the roads. It was great to be back on two wheels though.

    sweet you gonna get an 848 too?

    yeah, well, the trade in offered was pretty low, so i put it up on a few ads for a few days and got a few bites for just a bit above the trade in offer. still wasn't enough to justify getting an 848. so i have it on the dealership floor for a very fair price. waiting for it to be sold so i can jump on the 848

    it did rain yesterday, at least where I was. I rode tuesday, and again today, didn't ride yesterday cause of the forcast, thankfully, one of the heaviest downpours I've seen in ages, I was on Newington when it rained about 5 minutes, wind whipped with gusts to 50mph or more, mabe a ¼" of rain in that short time, if I have been on my bike, I woulda been on the General Sullivan at the worse

    I've been riding every day since Sunday...I ride to MGH from Newton to work and back. My bike was really dirty from all the sand and moisture. I cleaned it today...Plan on riding tomorrow too...Can't do it during the day - i have to work.

    was looking at the 848 saturday...sitting on it...wow what a hard seat and long reach to the bars...Nice bike though! A bit uncomforable for an old Guy like me LOL
