If I learn how to put pictures up amongst text (I'm mildly computer deficient) then I've already got it. The Harmon's shot is right down the road from me....

Well I took the bike out saturday and got the shot at Harmon, but then on my way to the next location my bike died on me and I ended up having to get it towed. If I get it fixed i'll have to find a new tag

hahaha... I was at Portland Pie havin a delicious buffalo chix sandwich. Casa Novella is great.. Walking distance from my house.

I agree with the tagging thing. Creativity isn't my strong point.

Anyone else playing this game?

I had the Harmon tag on my phone, but then when I went to get a new tag my bike bit it hard. I think I need to clean my carbs to get it running again but haven't done that before and was looking for some help the first time, once the bike is running again I'll start grabbing some.

PS. You were right Harmon's does have some pretty good burgers.

I am ere, but don't post too often. Unfortunately I live on the peninsula and am lucky enough to have off street, let alone a garage. My bike is housed in Falmouth so it is a pain to get. I have been watching this thread though and will join when I can.

Speaking of rides, I know it is a bit far out, but I was planning on riding to the races Sunday, August 23rd if anyone wants to join. Might meet with with some of the regulars if they go. Let me know what you guys think!

Small world....I lived in Langhorne for 3 years before moving to Maine. I grew up in the New Brunswick, NJ area though. What brought you to Maine?

I'm game. My schedule has had me tied up, but I'm getting free now.

I've noticed there is little info about good Southern Maine rides (long or short)
but I've discovered some good ones. I've found some awesome routes in NH
that I have not seen mentioned on the forum.

I've got some smooth paved backroad rides from the Kennebunk-Saco-Ptld
area to Hurricaine Mtn Rd. NH that would be impossible to remember without
the GPS.

Watching your tags, but I am an hour north or Portland and dont usually head south on too many rides (too many good routes local and towards the coast or mtns). BUT, I would definitely make time for a ME NESR rip regardless of the route...

OK, if tags are on the north side of Portland I'll have a chance at knowing them and will join in, any excuse to ride. Going to race next weekend if the weather is good, but would love to hook up with some other ME riders for a ride before it's all over this year - 219 from Turner to West Paris is an excellent twisty rip and the pavement is really good right now. A small group of us also do rte 27 up through Coburn Gore into Quebec late September every year which is a great ride.

If it's nice, I got the lighthouse this weekend and will head north for a tag. I feel it's better to try and get as many people involved as possible. Working hours not conducive to riding and taking pictures for the next 3 days but early exit from work Saturday and no work Sun or Mon means I've got all kinds of time to take and make tags.
