Sarah and I should be in for this. Unless it's cold, then it will be just me.

Sounds like something I'd be interested in, but it might depend on how many are in attendance, and what the pace is...

I stumbled across the pumpkin tosser on my way back from the Adirondacks our meandering route brought us thru Greenfield on the way home

first launch was saw the pumpkin rolled out of the sling, watched them rewind & reload and a nice toss it was still going away when it went outta my eyesight, still sailing along above the treetops ¼ mile ± maybe

Ducdave, is there a gas station close to seacoast? Not familiar with the area and don't want to be the defining drag. Going by mapquests info so any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I'm out. Slabbing 1.5 hours in 40 degree weather to get to the starting point isn't fun.

    Especially riding alone.

    Have fun peeps.

Heated gear doesn't help slabbing 90 miles alone. That's by far the worst part of it.

many many squids around locally so I end up being a loner much of the time but I'm lucky to be in the sticks. Haven't had the luxury of Mass slabs or even Nh to get where I want to be. Oh hell, I'm already here. I figure one day I'll have to make a trip into Mass and "enjoy" said slab. Missed the last seacoast ride to the museum but I bet Ducdave may have gone the long way

Re: October 19th Covered Bridges and Trebuchet Ride

All types roun these parts it seems. I've tried to get the thrux up on one while keeping my hat on backwards and not losing my $200 glasses or getting my wife beater bug covered. Thats why I'm in a tuck at 40 mph. On a crappy note: I may have to call my riding season done as of today. Tweaked my left wrist yesterday but didn't think much about its soreness. This morning its a little swolen and tender Going for a ride today but I may call that off in middle ride if it worsens. I can't catch a break this year
