    My street tires have plenty left to 'em, but they were getting greasy as hell by the end of the SRNE track day. Are they gonna hold up to another track day? My concern is all the heat cycles they go through. Like I said, they've got plenty of tread to 'em and they're fine for street use. Just a bit concerned about doing another track day on 'em...

    I'm also thinking of trying to get some take-offs (READ: slicks) at the next race weekend to use for the track day. But I'm a bit concerned at how the different profile will effect the handling of the mighty Tiller...

    Jay, slick take-offs are usually no good by the time they are sold. You are better off getting some sticky street rubber for the track. I like Metzeler Rennsports (NOT Rennsport race) (I use street Rennsports on my RC51

    Yeah, I'm down for this. Looks like I'll just be using the D207's that are on there. If they get slippery again, I'll just hafta hold back a bit...

    I've talked to Paul about it, and it sounds as if it's going down no matter what. Also sounds like it's gonna be run a lot like the SRNE track day but with less attendees, which'll be really nice...

    Anyway, my check's going out Monday. Let's get another good turnout from NESR!
