RI riders anyone free on 9/21?

Finally got my bike registered, it took me a month Unfortunately bought the bike from Vermont in which they don't title 250cc bikes and RI DMV gave me hell. Anyways, sold my 636 last year and as a father of 3 I had too. So I bought an 08 250R, and this little bike is fun as hell I used to ride with triumphdog but his bike is down until he replaces his fan. Get it fix dogg! Sunday is supposed to be nice and I am looking to ride, call me old but the group ride rules is what I adhere too. If not than I am going solo.

Well, I get off work at noon time sat/sunday, but if you wanna do a run after 1:30pm, then I am good. Hope Triumphdog gets his fan, the more riders, the better. I need all the road riding experience I can get under my belt before next Spring.

Myself, along with all the other guys here at Twisted Throttle are going on a group ride to King Richard's Fair up in Carver Mass on Sunday. If we weren't doing that we would definately be down for a ride. If anyone is interested in joining us they are more than welcome. We are meeting here at the shop at 10am and if anyone needs directions just let me know.

So I'm really second guessing this plug/patch thing after talking to numerous places!!! Can anyone suggest someone in RI that can do a good job, or a place I can buy a new tire at a reasonable price? Thanks

I am going early, but I will most likely go solo. I am going to Rt 12. Nothing to long but just will be out. I am leaving around 10. Scorp7 do not chance riding with a plug when you only have 2 wheels. You never know, and I wouldn't take a chance like that.

I don't plan on it. I got the patch/plug combo ready to go, but I don't have a front stand to take the tire off. I'm pretty sure I can do it myself, but don't want to chance tipping the bike over. Not sure what I'm going to do. Probably will buy a tire, but was hoping to ride tomorrow.

buy the tire online, take it to Razee's in North Kingstown. Calling to make an appointment may or may not be needed

this weekend is supposed to be a monsoon in Rhode Island. I am just hoping that Loundon is clear on monday for my track day.

Unless you are wearing a snorkel underneath that helmet, saturday is going to be a wash for suuuure.
