Anyone up for T**** Rd. and associated roads tomorrow? I just got the Ninjette running on 8 valves again, I don't have to be at work tomorrow ,and the weather looks good...I'm thinking that I'd be at the bridge around 10:30 (leaving Killington 9:00ish), go over, hit some Adirondack roads...anyone else care to join?

After all the posts about T**** Rd and you still have the location wrong.

You have to understand a few things here boys:
DBCuntz is slower than cold molasses. He wouldn't ever ride T***** road because
a) he wouldn't want to trailer his bike all the way there
b) he's too busy changing his manpon
c) he needs to clean his chain
d) once he got there, he'd complain that everyone riding on the road is 'insane' and 'riding at unsafe speeds'*
He's a jealous little brat with a serious complex. Because he lacks the skills and testicles to have fun, he'd like to ruin it for those of you who do.
*Note that unsafe speeds for Jim would be anything over the speed limit

Let me be the first to say: you sir, are a huge douche.
i never understood how anyone could think that withholding what is alleged to be one of the finer roads in NE would not eventually start to piss off the ignorant masses who equally enjoy motorcycling.
it's rude as fuck. if you're posting T**** in an effort to conceal its identity, you're flaunting it in the faces of everyone who doesn't know about it. obviously, the only people who would/could be up for the ride know where it is. i'd imagine the people who were familiar with T**** Rd to begin with were a fairly small number, and equally know that each other are familiar with it, which means that it could easily be handled via PMs as you'd know who you're looking to invite.
if you want something private, keep it private.
i'm not a mean or overly vindictive person, but seeing T**** Rd left and right only piques my curiosity. i'm amused that people have such little sense to think that dangling a fat, squishy, juicy worm (by their own claims/admission) in front of a hungry school of fish could bring about any other result than them wanting a slice. equally, you should not be surprised that they get a little frustrated when a goal is frequently and constantly denied them. apparently, the greedy, arrogant shits who think they're entitled to good roads and have been charged by The Powers That Be to safeguard them and champion controlling access to it think i'm either not a good enough rider or not worthwhile enough to keep in the loop. well, how could they know that if none of them have ever ridden with me?
henceforth i will make it my duty to supply anyone who's been denied access to that information previously with that information. all could have been avoided if those in the loop had stopped being holier-than-thou asshats, but alas, it was not to be. congratulations.

I love you and you know this... but:
No one has ever refused to talk to me about it or tell me where it is. I think if you asked anyone to PM you the name of the road they would. You need to understand that this forum shows up on google searches and is visible to anyone with an internet connection. No one is keeping secrets from anyone on NESR, its more to keep it from the general public.
More people knowing about a road = more bikes and squids = more police attention
Original
then it seems like arousing NESR's interest is only going to cause more people to know about the road, and in turn lead to more police attention, in which case there's an attempt to restrict access to information. i'm sure the cops know that there's a road called tracy and that it exists somewhere.
i mean you no offense jackie, but it's considerably annoying to be told "we're withholding information from you because you can't handle it," explicitly or otherwise.

I just wish someone had let the cat out of the bag before I spent hours searching for clues on the forum, searched mapquest even longer, then only to find out there aint much chance I am riding for hours to get there, at least not with coming home the same day. Is there a T***** Camp Site?
Not to burst anyone's bubble but there's been police attention there for a while.
Let's not kid ourselves. They roll in the most inconspicuous of vehicles and that's a fact.
And if the whiners don't know where it is and you see a thread concealing the identity, instead of crying about it, go on the ride....durrrr.
Just sayin'...
Now that its out will someone with a truck or van drive my lazy arse there?
hmmmm looks like i need to pm someone

I just have to reiterate... If you wanted to know what it is you can just ask someone that knows.
By using T**** Rd in a open forum we are trying to slow unknowns and lurkers. I am sure people would be happy to give you exact directions via PM.
If you don't understand this you are just jealous and need to stop crying.

mabey i fell for it but if what DBConz says is true that road looks weak. on mapquest it is less than 1mi long and has very few twisties. I have been had, but like most i allways say i want to go and i never will. so the mystery is appealing. is there nothing better closer to boston?
On Labor Day .
I was called by people on T***** Rd to recover a bike and injured rider.
1st and foremost the cops do know about T***** Rd.
How do I know ?
Because I was talking with the state boy that responded to this crash for an hour.
Shortly after there was another bike accident that day on T*****Rd.
I always thought that this T***** Rd thing was just to be cute.
It's certainly no secret to the cops.
Here's a huge clue so everyone can figure out where it's at.
This is the East end of T*****Rd and it looks like someboby stole the sign.

Never ever ever ever mention the name of this road on Gixxer.com or any other Gixxer site - do not want Squids to be riding there!
I rode it and its freakin awesome! I did it like thrice. East to West. West to East and again back to West as I headed out for some camping spots. IF anyone likes camping, you can make it s weekend trip and camp there. Any other nice back roads there.
Worth it! Next time I am going without my camping equipment on my bike!
