Rockin Ribfest June 22-24 in Merrimack, NH

This coming weekend is the rockin ribfest in NH. It is the NH BBQ championships and the team I work with (uncle Jeds BBQ) will be there. These events are a good time and there is always plenty to eat and drink. If you come down drop by our tent and say hello.

The schedule is a little confusting, what time does this start and end on what days?

See attached link for gate times. It starts Friday at 4pm-11p, Saturday 11-11 and Sunday 11-4. My understanding is the competition will be on Saturday and starts at noon (smoking event) and noon on Sunday too(grilling event).

I have the luxury of camping on site for the weekend!!!

I might need a shower though! Hopefully I can get a few samples for you guys, not sure of how many extras we will have since we are not vending this event.
