Anyone wanna ride on Sunday Morning, we are meeting at Dunkins in Bedford, MA at 8.15 kickstand up at 8.45 from there we are meeting some more guys in Townsend Center on 119 then we are off to VT and what ever else we come across.

Good ride today guys! Some thoughts:

On the bike for 9 hours total..
On the way home I traded bikes with Ramana and that was probably a mistake. Why does my new bike vibrate so much?
The R1's engine is much smoother or better balanced for lack of better description although the front end is much less stable at high speed than the CBR1000rr
The R1 is lighter, lower and narrower although possibly too short in reach for me. His suspension was better developed which really probably swayed my opinion in the R1s direction. I'm going to work a little more on the rear suspension settings before the next ride.
some MA state cops are very cool
I'm installing blinkers the size of traffic lights next time we all ride together
Glad everyone made it home safe.
Isaac (sp) is a good sport for sharing his bike
I think I need to trade my bike in for a V twin. I feel more and more that I'm not going to be happy with this CBR.

Yeah it took me a while to realize yall had switched bikes. I too have heard about honda's and their vibration issues. Counting from dunkin donuts I calculated 165mi round trip.

The Yamaha has crazy high end. I can't tell if it's just cause the low end isn't there and the power delivery is more abrupt, or if the bike is just lighter etc..
