I had a dusting of snow this morning. but I am use to walking my bike down my glacier to the road where I could see wet but bare pavement in the wheel tracks. I knew that it would only be the first half mile till I get to the bottom of the hill. I was right, roads were fine. 24 mile commute to office then mid day I had an errand to run in Concord, 35 miles each way then another 30 or so on the way home. typical day.

Soon, I won't have to walk my bike out of my driveway, I can see patches of darkness in the ice... I have no problem riding up my driveway when returning, unless there is more the 3-4 inches of fresh snow.
