I was planning to go with a friend from Maine, but have a MSF class this weekend.

BMW MOV has a rally Sept 10-12 in Goshen, about halfway between Rutland and Middlebury. We've been a few times in the past and it's small but fun.

I borrow one of my stepfather's beemers and go to finger lakes every year. Never been to the VT one.

i'm doing the adv ride sat morning.

if you se a bunch of guys on 950 se's i'll be the one with the fluorescent yellow jacket and a hero helmet cam.

Unfortunately, I have to work on Friday, so I won't make it to the rally until just before my talk. But, I hope to hang out a bit while afterward. The wife and I are celebrating our 23rd anniversary in Rutland this weekend, so we have a short ride ahead of us that night.

There doesn't seem to be an official answer, I'm trying to figure this out as well—the logistics on going overnight don't seem to be working, but I'd hate to miss it. It would be also nice to know the equipment/ability expectations for the guided dual-sport rides; I know that the Saturday morning ride is supposed to be gnarly, but I'm wondering about the Friday rides.

The GS trials course looks rather interesting, too.
