We leave MotorSports in Auburn, MA (10/17/09)at 10:00am:

Rt. 20 E to 140N
140N to 31N
31N to 12N
12N to 119W
119W to 32S
32S to 122N
122N to 202S
202S to 9E
9E to 31N
31N to 62E
62E to 140 S
140S to 20W
20W back to Motorsports. (approx. 160 miles)

The is a cookout starting at 3:00pm and Motorsports will be offering tax-free purchases on all accessories and apparel!

The entrance fee is $30.00 which gets you two chatity bears/dogs. 100% of the profits from these stuffed animals goes to St. Jude Hospital. If you do not want the stuffed animals Toys for Tots will be on site to gladly take your donation!

We are shooting for 100 riders - Please Help us help St. Jude!

160 miles is a lot for some bikes (in terms of comfort and fuel).

May I HIGHLY suggest avoiding Rt 32 completely? This road is in no condition for a car to travel the posted speed (35) let alone a large group of bikes.

I would recommend following Rt 119 all the way to Rt 78 in Winchester, NH and heading south on Rt 78 and on to Rt 122 from there.

Don't want to sound like a jerk but the road is absolutely horrendous, just looking out for the good folks donating their time and money for a charity ride!

I rode this route yesterday. I agree, the first 6 miles of 32 sucks! After that the views are beautiful! Detouring 32 wouldn't be out of the question.

This ride is not escorted. I rode this route yesterday on a Hayabusa and it was pretty good (with the exeption of the first 6 miles of 32).

I was planning on staggering the departure times, 15 minutes apart. If I get my 100 riders...25 per group.

RAIN DATE!!!

Saturday is supposed to be cold and miserable. We have moved the date back to 10/24/09. The ride still leaves at 10:00am, the location is still Motorsports and there will still be tax-free shopping at Motorsports that day.

Well...Saturday is wash....the ride this year is officially cancelled. Thanks to everyone who was going to participate. We'll try it again early Spring!
