Just wanted to get anybody who wants to join me Superbowl Sunday, thinkin about it.
Weather permitting, meaning I don't care the temperatures, so long as roads are passable even if very carefully, I will be leading this ride again this year for the 3rd year in a row.

Start point Rochester,NH meet for breakfast somewhere TBA

north to Conway (Rt 16 if roads are shitty, RT 153 if nice)

west on the Kanc

Lunch in Lincoln

then south on 93 to Tilton where I will head home

how am I gonna be bothered by diesel fumes that are behind me

the first time I did this, temps were high 40's pace was same as in summer, last year, it was a little cooler, high 20's and slushy in the higher elevations, pace was slowed but still 10-15 over posted speed

anybody is welcome to come along in a cage too.

I've been thinkin more about the Kanc ride, and decided this year to do it in the other direction

Meet Tilton Dinner for breffis
leave 10am north via 132 & 3 to the kanc then to Conway.
Lunch @ the tex-mex restaurant (can't remember the name) on main st
Then head south either 153 or 16 depending on conditions & time and disperse

Ya, I may alter my route some, weather is looking about the same as last year, chilly, but ok with electrics, I scoped out part of the route today, 132 bewteen Sanbornton village & Rt 127 is terrible with frost heaves, We'll see who shows up

Weather is not looking good, highs in the low 20's at the start point means prolly in the teens at start time, MT washington forcast tells me it'll be down to the single digits on the Kanc, and likely snowin too, then a high of only the mid teens in conway.

Gee, and i was ready to take my bike out of it's cozy, warm sleeping spot and join the ride, oh well

No Kanc ride today, the quick cold snap after last thursday's storm has left too much ice in the road to share a road with cages.
