Looking at those pictures again.. they are surreal.
1) I guess I have really gotten used to seeing the world go by with the V-Strom gauge cluster and windsheild in front of me, its been a while since I've looked at the road across little more than a set of bars
2) The way the camera stops the road surface motion, sureal
3) You must have been freezing your ass off there GC, no fairing to hide behind, no thing in front of your hands.. and I bet your grips aren't even heated. You poor man you!
Point 3 could just be me becoming a spoiled wussie!

Wow those are some great pics. Great example of some of the views we were seeing throughout the day.

Tried ffmpeg? I like it as, once you figure out the command line recipe, you can just let it chew. I would move a copy a couple hundred photos into a sub-dir to play with, then let 'er rip on the main stash once you're happy with the timing.
I did this once.
I have the pretty much the same shots as Ray, I do have some at closer and different angles. Hope you guys like'em. I have others but they show some of the bike tags and didnt think you guys want them being shown on the net. I'll send them to you guys via PM.

Actually it all moved pretty easily. I let it take 1 picture every second and I'm trying to put it together .1 second per frame.Quote:
