Thanks to the 10 who showed up. Great breakfast at Chez Vachon!
And Mike and Pete....you missed a really good ride. The first 2/3 was on new roads to me. No traffic at all. And we ran into Pittenger (Ritchie) out by Clough...he was looking for KP to go train riding.
I am keeping that route as a late spring warm up ride!
Now...gotta get the Strada to the shop for chain, sprocket, and a bracket for my pre-load adjuster....nice catch Oreo!
Oh...and I got a compliment on my bike today. A guy who was on a VFR spent a good 5 minutes looking the Multi. Then he came over and told me he REALLY LIKED the hand guards. Finally, someone appreciated SOMETHING about my bike!

Wish I could have made it..... less about the weather for me this morning than it was a last minute change of plans on the home front.
Was the guy on the VFR in the Hancock area?

When I got home, the roads were wet and Marsha said it had been drizzly cloudy and foggy all day. It is hard to believe we rode so many dry roads and saw so much blue sky. We were in the right place at the right time!
Nice Tim! You hooked up with Dave & Co.
Did you hit any of the roads I mentioned, Dave?
Did you grit your teeth and try to look like Clint Fuckin' Eastwood?
Or did you lisp it all hangfisted like a fuckin' flower?
Thanks for leading us to a nice brunch spot Dave! As you said, a few miles of back roads then downtown from there. Unfortunately my schedule probably cost me the best roads of the trip but I'm sure you'll find a way to bring me back there again. As for the downtown part, I got to wave at a few of Manchvegas' finest (still takin' heat for that) and try Putin which was a first.
Thanks Dave
Sorry that I missed the ride after breakfast but I had to go get an angioplasty due to the Poutine intake.![]()
