We launched the first Seacoast Ride of the season today. Thanks to Seacoast for coffee and donuts and to Alex for riding sweep all day on the beautiful new white 696 Monster!
Eventually there were 16 of us and we left Seacoast at about 10:20.
Here a few gather....
We lost 4 about when we jumped on 93 to get over to 101/114. We met up with Chris at the Popcorn Stand in Goffstown and by the time I checked my phone Alex pulled in with the rest of the group and we were whole again!
A little further on we picked up Skip and took a bunch of nice NH twisties North and West, eventually riding under 89 and continuing Northwest to Rt 4 where we crossed Lake Mascoma. Skip got this shot of the 'snake' as we worked our way through rural NH.
Somewhere near Danbury a member on a 3 week old Triumph 675 had an agricultural excursion. No harm to rider and the bike ended up a little muddy and missing a mirror. Lucky break for all...
Skip was near home at this point so he headed south and the rest of us continued on to Tilton where Steve recommended a Sub shop. We stopped and grabbed some subs...
...then rode the 1/2 mile to the Tilton Arch where we ha 100 yards of dirt road and a few drops of rain....just to make the day a perfect Seacoast ride!
Good day. Thanks all NESRs who showed up!
Rob...see you at the track on the 28th!
Good day...

Thanks Dave!
Another Great ride.

Good time today Dave, thanks for leading us up those back roads to Tilton. I was happy to see an off-road excursion with no broken bones or blood. Well until a 675 plowing into a swamp ignited a swarm of black flies that found their way into my helmet.
I'll see you at the track on the 28th and hopefully on the next ride you lead.
*note to self* "Eat a big breakfast before Dave's ride since he stops for lunch at 2:30!!!"
